Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. Once processed, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. International orders may take approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery depending on location and carrier delays.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on national holidays or after 3 PM EST on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be processed the following business day.

Dreamhouse STL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address will require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
